Luther's 11th Annual Chili Cook-Off

Attention chili cookers and tasters! Come take part in the 11th Annual Chili Cook-Off in downtown Luther on November 9, 2019, hosted by the Luther Days Association. This year’s theme will be “favorite game show”.  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place best tasting chili and a prize for most creative use of theme.

For those who want to bring their best chili forward, there is an entry fee of $20.00 and cooking will begin at 10:00 am. Tasting/voting will begin at 1:00 pm with a cost of $5.00. For an extra $5.00, enjoy your tasting with an annual chili cook-off mug.

A 35 Tundra Yeti cooler filled with $250.00 worth of USDA approved meat will be raffled off this year. Tickets are $5.00 each and the drawing will be held at 4:30 pm the day of the chili cook-off. Need not be present to win.
